Yasmine Hamri worked at Boston Consulting Group from 2010 to 2012, and rejoined the firm in 2018. She is a core member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices, as well as the Consumer practice, focused on fashion and luxury.

Yasmine works with clients on value management topics, especially for subscription and service industries. She has led major AI-driven marketing transformations to maximize topline performance through client conversion, upsell, and churn optimization, enabled by future-proof marketing and tech ecosystems.

Before rejoining BCG, Yasmine worked for five years at CANAL+ Group in France, where she held several positions, including head of customer base management, head of marketing offers, customer retention, special project manager for the CANAL+ Distribution Director, and strategy project manager.
