Yassin El Khourouj joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012. He is a core member of the Travel, Cities & Infrastructure (TCI) practice and serves as the firm's global lead for tourism. Yassin is also a member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing (MSP) practice and node for the Center for Customer Insights (CCI) in the Middle East. He has led over 50 strategy engagements across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East in the tourism and hospitality industries.
Yassin develops national-, regional-, and destination-level tourism strategies, with a focus on promotion and distribution, destination development, investment attraction, human capital development, policies and regulations, visitor journey, digital transformation, and sector governance.
His work within the hospitality industry has included development strategies, M&A and joint ventures, branding and positioning, and asset management and optimization.
