Yungho Park is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice in Korea specializing in digital finance. His expertise includes CEO agenda and future strategy, digital transformation, change management, strategy and business operating model design for financial institutions, and financial strategy for non-financial companies, platforms, and fintech companies.
Since joining BCG, Yungho led the “2030 Future Finance Strategy” transformation for a holding companies, and worked with bank/credit card companies, securities and asset management companies, and big tech and fintech companies on projects including digital, finance, and partnership strategies; transformation; and business operating model design.
Before joining BCG in 2010, Yungho was a sergeant in the US 8th Army Korean Augmentation to the United States Army.
