These challenging dynamics require cross-border cooperation and the definition and advancement of common security goals.

BCG’s partnership with the Munich Security Conference (MSC) connects one of the world’s top management consulting firms with the world’s leading forum for high-level defense policy experts, industry leaders, and public sector decision makers, including heads of state, to exchange insights on transnational security and foreign policy.

In our role, we are partnering with the MSC to release an annual report on defense innovation with actionable steps that ministries of defense and the industrial base can take to drive innovation and generate tangible results. We are also leveraging our deep experience serving defense and security agencies and aerospace and defense companies to bring topical discussions to key MSC events throughout the year.
