A BCG study of its own communications teams found that the technology is already helping employees save 26%–36% of their time, with potential gains of up to 47%. While it may take a few more years to see if AI can consistently deliver such efficiencies, Dubner notes that within BCG’s communications function, AI has already freed up capacity equivalent to about 13 full-time staffers.
