Anshuman Upadhyaya

Anshuman Upadhyaya is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Financial Institutions practice. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has worked with banks, non-banking financial corporations (NBFCs), brokerages and investment platforms, and bureaus across India, Sri Lanka, and Southeast Asia.

Anshuman helps financial institutions harness digital and AI to transform their operating models and unlock value at scale. His work focuses on creating disruptive customer journeys in retail and SMEs, end-to-end digital transformation and ensuring last mile adoption of change initiatives, hyper personalization, enterprise risk management, new-age digital banking, and growth strategy. He enjoys collaborating closely with CXOs to address key strategic issues and create impactful solutions that help drive measurable business value.
