Benjamin Rehberg leads Boston Consulting Group's Technology Advantage practice in North America, and is a member of the global leadership teams of the Technology Advantage and People & Organization practices. He focuses on the financial services sector, including banking, insurance, and payments on multiple digital, technology, and operational issues. He is an expert on digital transformation, technology, agile, and organization and governance related topics. Prior to his current role, he was global co-lead for BCG's agile transformation business. Within agile, he works primarily in the financial services and automotive industries. Benjamin also has co-authored numerous articles about agile transformation.
Before joining BCG, Benjamin worked as a consultant with IBM Global Services in Germany.
