Børge Kristoffersen is the Managing Partner of Boston Consulting Group’s Oslo office. He also serves as leader of the Operations practice in the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMA) region.
Since joining BCG in 2005, Børge has focused on driving large-scale change for many of the largest companies in the Nordic region. He has worked extensively in the utilities, process, transportation and logistics, high-tech, consumer goods, and oil field services industries.
Børge has led numerous fundamental transformation programs centered on, for example, profit increases, change management, reorganization, operational process enhancement, and supply chain management. He has acquired significant experience in lean approaches—both in services and manufacturing—as well as in the topics of corporate center and organizational changes.
