Brittany Heflin is Boston Consulting Group's lead for executive coaching and leadership. She joined BCG in 2021 after more than 11 years at ExxonMobil, where she supported enterprise-wide people and organizational transformations.
Brittany facilitates coaching engagements across industries, working with senior executives to strengthen leadership capabilities, team effectiveness, and organizational resilience. She has built a network of former C-suite-executives-turned-leadership-coaches from a variety of industries and functional areas, enabling BCG to provide tailored, high-impact coaching at scale. She also focuses on AI leadership development, leading primary research and developing BCG’s differentiated perspective on how leaders can effectively champion AI-driven transformation in their organizations.
Since joining BCG in 2021, Brittany’s client work has included leader enablement and change management support for enterprise-wide strategic transformations, and design and delivery of executive leadership team effectiveness programs. She has also developed new intellectual property and co-authored flagship BCG publications on the topics of leadership and change management.
