As a managing director and partner at BCG X, Caleb Balloch leads Boston Consulting Group’s technology and AI work across the Asia Pacific region. A tech and consumer executive with two decades of global experience, Caleb partners with leading companies to accelerate their growth and expand their margins by driving AI and digital transformations in operations, marketing and sales, and product development.
Caleb’s consulting expertise is grounded in his deep background as an operator and builder. Most recently, he served as the Director of Operations for the Uber Eats Canada business. Leading the company's post-COVID operations, he successfully accelerated top-line growth, drove substantial margin expansion, and captured significant market share at scale.
Prior to his time as a tech executive, Caleb was a leader at a leading global management consulting firm in Greater China, where he developed and led partnerships with global tech and consumer companies, accelerating their growth through leading-edge digital transformations.
He is also an avid entrepreneur and builder who has launched several digital businesses from the ground up.
