Florian Brunnader is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Insurance practice. He has more than ten years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong focus on digitization and large-scale transformation programs. He has worked with a broad range of insurance clients across multiple markets.
Florian has led complex transformations, including post-merger integrations and regional integration initiatives. He has driven retail sales transformations with a focus on omnichannel strategies and pricing, and supported clients in developing growth strategies—particularly in the expansion and integration of health ecosystem offerings.
