Since joining BCG in 1991, Frans has worked with banks and insurance companies, developing growth strategies and value management programs, as well as numerous profit improvement programs, reorganization projects, and complete transformations.
From 2005 to 2008, Frans was responsible for BCG's Central European and Eastern European offices. Prior to joining BCG, he was a reservist in the Royal Dutch Marine Corps and worked for Staal Bankiers, a specialized private bank in the Netherlands.
