Jan Zenneck joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007 and is a core member of the firm’s Energy and Industrial Goods practices, and sustainability work. He focuses on green energy, where he leads BCG’s solar energy work and serves as global expert for distributed energy and energy storage. He also has deep knowledge in both on- and offshore wind.
Jan has worked for green energy players across the globe, from component manufacturing to project development, energy solutions, financing, and energy sales. His projects have covered growth planning, strategy reviews, developing new ventures, market entry strategies, and due diligence.
Before joining BCG, Jan was a research assistant at the Institute for Semiconductor Physics, University of Göttingen.
