Lance Katigbak is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer and Transform practices, and coleads BCG’s consumer research in the Philippines, focused on the desires and aspirations of consumers and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). He has been part of BCG’s Manila and New Jersey offices and has worked in over 14 countries. Lance specializes in large-scale transformation programs, fintech, and go-to-market strategy.
Before joining BCG in July 2024, Lance was Chief Revenue Officer at Clair, a New York-based fintech startup with over $200 million in funding. In addition to his work at the firm, Lance is a trustee of the Harvard Club of the Philippines and a trustee for Teach for the Philippines.
