Lauren Taylor has 20 years of experience leveraging customer-centric strategies to drive growth across industries and geographies. She has been with Boston Consulting Group since 2007.
Lauren is on the global leadership team of BCG’s Marketing, Sales, & Pricing and Global Advantage practices. She advises clients and internal teams on integrating human and AI-driven customer intelligence to unlock commercial transformation and drive measurable value creation. She is the global leader of BCG’s Center for Customer Insight, overseeing a worldwide team of specialists focused on advanced and AI-powered methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Under her leadership, the team leverages AI capabilities to harness holistic customer insights and translate them into actionable business impact.
Lauren has in-depth experience driving demand, shaping influence, and improving customer experience to drive customer growth and loyalty. She leads BCG’s proprietary Demand Centric Growth® approach to unlocking brand and portfolio growth, and the firm's Market Mirror agentic suite. Her work covers growth strategy and differentiation, as well as cross-functional execution across marketing, product, pricing and value, operating model, and post-merger integration.
