A core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods practice, Lucas Moino is the South America lead for the firm's global agriculture leadership team. The firm's local reference for agriculture and agribusiness, he brings end-to-end entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded and managed an agtech startup specializing in food, agriculture, and biotechnology, which was ultimately sold to a FTSE 250 company. He joined BCG in 2017.

Among his recent engagements for BCG, Lucas led the strategic planning and strategy implementation for Brazil's largest cooperative financial institution, and planned the growth strategy for a top agricultural input distribution platform in Latin America, both physical and digital, including technology and digital platform. He coauthored BCG's report on agribusiness as a pillar for climate transition in Brazil, which focused on sustainable agriculture and nature-based solutions.

Before joining BCG, Lucas was General Manager of IVB USA, Inc. (In Vitro Brasil S/A).
