Mikael Ternhult joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He leads BCG’s Automotive practice in the Nordics and has worked for Europe-based automotive OEMs and suppliers along all steps of the value chain and across geographies. He has a strong functional grounding in operations and leads the Swedish Operations practice. The majority of Mikael’s work is centered on large-scale turnaround and transformation programs, and he has developed specific expertise in how to drive change in large corporations.
