Neeru specializes in consumer insights, growth strategies, end-to-end merchandising, operating models, and large-scale organizational change. As the lead for alternative proteins in North America, Neeru frequently speaks at global conferences and webinars. In 2024, Consulting Magazine recognized her as one of the Rising Stars of the Profession for her thought leadership contributions.
