Orsolya Kovács-Ondrejkovic joined Boston Consulting Group in Budapest in 2013. She focuses on human resources trends, upskilling strategies, and talent preferences, and supports leading global organizations in preparing their workforces for the future. She often works with chief human resources officers (CHROs) on modernizing the role and operating model of HR departments.

In addition to her work with clients, Orsolya leads research on global talent trends, and has authored multiple publications, including the 2023 Harvard Business Review Prize winner article "Reskilling in the age of AI." She is also the lead author of the "Decoding Global Talent" series, which studies the changing work and mobility preferences of a million jobseekers worldwide. Her work has been featured in HBR, The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and others, and she often speaks at HR summits and CHRO roundtables.

Before joining the firm, Orsolya worked at the World Economic Forum, supporting the development and execution of a world-class leadership program, the Global Leadership Fellows. She is also a former Global Director of AIESEC International, the world’s largest youth-run organization.
