Rahul Sanghvi is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods and Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practices and has extensive expertise in end-to-end business transformations. He has led multiple large-scale transformations across building materials, metals, chemicals, and logistics.
Rahul works with business owners, CEOs, and management teams to drive change management and deliver step-change in business performance through engagement of middle- and front-line cadres and leveraging digital and analytics capabilities at scale.
Rahul also leads BCG's logistics works in India, having worked with leading incumbent players as well growth tech companies on business and growth acceleration, market entry, and digital transformation. He has served clients across India, the Netherlands, and the UK. He was recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus by XLRI in 2024.
