Raphael Troitzsch is a core member of the Insurance practice at Boston Consulting Group. He focuses on commercial insurance and reinsurance clients, working with them on the full range of topics, including, strategy, integrating AI into the core and operations, IT and tech legacy, underwriting governance, and risk modeling.
Raph works with established companies and attackers as well as regulators. He is committed to bringing commercial and reinsurance into the AI-augmented or even AI-first age by leveraging BCG’s Tech & Digital Advantage practice, BCG Platinion, and BCG X.
Raph worked at BCG from 2011 to 2014. He then held various roles at Swiss Re, most recently commercializing analytics and telematics solutions for primary insurers. He rejoined the firm in January 2020.
