Roelant Kalthof joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He leads the firm's work in AI pricing, value orchestration, and agentic commerce for B2C clients in industries such as retail, fashion, and luxury. He also helps leading companies with their broader AI and data strategy.
In addition to strategic projects, Roelant is committed to building great AI products. He manages a cross-functional team of approximately 50 strategy consultants, data scientists, and engineers focused on building AI software that optimizes key decisions, such as pricing, promotions and store operations, for the world's largest retailers and fashion companies.
Before joining BCG, Roelant was a Strategy & Operations Manager at Google, taught mathematics at a high school, and led a startup in the education space.
