Roelant Kalthof joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He leads the firm's work in AI pricing and value orchestration for B2C clients (in retail and fashion and luxury).
Roelant is committed to building and implementing great AI products and manages a cross-functional team of 40 or so strategy consultants, data scientists, and engineers to build AI software that optimizes key decisions—such as pricing, promotions and store operations—for the world's largest retailers and fashion companies.
Before joining BCG, Roelant was a Strategy & Operations Manager at Google, taught mathematics at a high school, and worked as a professional drummer.
