Rolf Erik Tveten is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's global Transportation, Cities & Infrastructure and Public Sector practices. Throughout his career he has worked at the intersection of infrastructure and the public sector focusing on defense, infrastructure, energy, and logistics, primarily in large transformations including organizational design and operating model, cost optimization, post-merger integration, and connecting strategy to performance management.
Rolf Erik is currently working primarily in asset-heavy industries such as defense, rail, logistics, and oil and gas. Prior to joining BCG, he worked as a political adviser to the Prime Minister of Norway, Erna Solberg.
