Sudhanshu Gupta is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Energy practice. He has worked in the power and utilities industry in multiple markets and with a variety of clients (government and private sector), Global Fortune 500 companies, donors, and technology OEMs on strategy development, digital, and innovation, all along the power and water value chain.
Sudhanshu has a particular interest in the energy transition, climate and sustainability, innovation, digital transformation, and smart metering/grid. He is a global expert for digital operations and transformation of power and water utilities. He has worked in emerging markets in Asia and Africa, as well as in Europe, the US, and the Middle East, and is passionate about opportunity in the Global South.
Sudhanshu has been certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute USA,an Energy Manager by the Federal Government of India, and a Power Station Engineer by OTI USA. Before joining BCG, Sudhanshu worked at Ernst & Young, Microsoft, Feedback Ventures, and KLG Systel Ltd.
