Tobias Eichner leads portfolio value acceleration at private equity portfolio companies for Boston Consulting Group, where he is a core member of the Principal Investor & Private Equity practice. Tobias is part of the Central European leadership team for the practice.
For more than 20 years, Tobias has advised private equity firms and their portfolio companies on full-performance programs, turnarounds, growth strategies, and digital and GenAI transformations, as well as complex M&A processes, carveouts, IPOs, and commercial, operational, digital, and ESG due diligences.
At BCG, Tobias works across industries, with a particular focus on technology (including software, classifieds, and the internet of things) and industrials (including manufacturing, automation, and mobility).
