Supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples
BCG has a long history of empowering Indigenous Australians with our RAP allowing us to record that journey, commit to action and amplify our ambition.
Our purpose at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is to unlock the potential of those who advance the world. We achieve this when we bring together diverse perspectives, create equitable outcomes, and foster an inclusive culture where everyone is empowered to contribute to their full potential. Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and Disability Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) are two examples of how we put our commitments into action.
BCG has a long history of empowering Indigenous Australians with our RAP allowing us to record that journey, commit to action and amplify our ambition.
BCG strives to foster an environment where all our people can reach their full potential. Through our DIAP, we capture initiatives to further strengthen awareness, inclusion, and support for people with disability.
We work with clients from across all industries, including energy, financial services, health care, public sector, media, and retail. We support them on digital transformation, strategy, marketing and sales, organizational change, operations, and corporate development.
We also collaborate closely with BCG Digital Ventures (BCGDV), our incubation and investment arm that invents, builds, invests in, and scales products and businesses at startup speed. BCGDV brings together designers, engineers, product managers, and venture architects.
Much of our work focuses on high-profile projects that address significant public policy issues in Australia, ranging from policy and program development to organizational, operational, and IT projects. BCG's global Public Sector practice was established by our passionate and energetic team in Australia, whose deep insight and experience has been emulated around the world.
