In December 2002, we started a partnership with Endeavor with the objective of providing strategic guidance to its entrepreneurs. Since then, we have structured and delivered pro bono consulting support to help more than 15 entrepreneurs confront their most serious business challenges, including organizational structure, market entry strategy, new-business development, performance measurement, and incentive compensation.
