How to Keep Top Talent When Existing Incentives No Longer Work

In her column for Forbes , BCG’s Julia Dhar explains the need for companies to reassess incentives to retain top talent. She notes that while traditional financial incentives are critical, they are not enough; cultural and noneconomic benefits are equally important. “When employees see multiple reasons to stay—a financial upside and a fulfilling work environment—the retention calculus shifts dramatically,” she writes.
