Aaron Arnoldsen is an AI engineering specialist at BCG X, Boston Consulting Group's tech build and design unit. He has significant experience in product management, strategy, data products, and digital go-to-market deployments at scale. Aaron's focus is developing and executing data-driven analytic strategies that integrate customer and operational applications into deployable software, tools, and processes to optimize business outcomes. He has led successful engagements across supply chain, planning (financial, assortment, space), consumer personalization, pricing, and demand sensing.

Aaron led the team that built Lighthouse by BCG, a data and AI scaling platform that has serviced over 300 client business cases in customer and company intelligence, operations, and data monetization. Has three pending patents in clean room technologies, demand forecasting, and personalization data stitching.

Before joining the firm, Aaron worked for almost six years at Nike, focused on supply chain and pricing.
