Davide Urani joined Boston Consulting Group in May 2021. He is an expert in change management and people strategy, and a member of the Consumer and Industrial Goods practices at the firm. Davide works mostly on large-scale transformations and reengineering of operating models with a global list of clients in a variety of industries including fashion, logistics, consumer goods, and retail. He brings with him a comprehensive understanding of vertically integrated business models.

Davide is committed to helping clients with their sustainability and ESG strategies and transformations, helping them meet their goals for responsible and ethical sourcing, climate and circularity, and social impact and governance. He leads BCG’s Behavioral Science Lab in the EMESA region.

Before joining the firm, Davide was Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at IKEA Group, a member of the Strategic Council of the World Economic Forum, Supply Chain Director for EMEA at IKEA Group, and Director of Industry Accounts at Japan Airlines Co. Ltd.
