Djon is currently focusing on agentic AI transformations, product innovation, and corporate development, with a particular concentration on guiding organizations through large-scale shifts toward the intelligent enterprise era.
He also leads the global relationship between BCG and technology firms, shaping how organizations collaborate to drive AI strategy and innovation. Djon's dual perspective as an engineer-turned-strategist gives him an edge in his work helping technology firms accelerate AI adoption and unlock product innovation, as well as helping traditional enterprises reimagine business models through generative AI. His expertise includes AI agents, enterprise AI integration, and strategic technology implementation.
Before joining BCG, Djon was a founder and engineer, giving him firsthand experience building technology from the ground up. This entrepreneurial and technical foundation continues to shape his consulting approach—grounded in pragmatism, speed, and innovation.
