Matt MacKenzie leads Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer practice in Canada, as well as BCG X, BCG’s tech build and design unit. He is a core member of the firm’s Corporate Finance & Strategy and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.

Over his 20-year career at BCG, Matt has worked with clients across North America, South America, and Europe. He has extensive expertise in large-scale change, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, brand strategy, pricing, promotion, and markdown effectiveness.

Prior to joining BCG, Matt worked as a computer engineer with AMD in Toronto.
