Vinciane Beauchene joined Boston Consulting Group in 2008. She leads the People & Organization (POP) practice for Western Europe, South America, and Africa, and focuses on supporting large transformations (agile, digital, and data-driven) from the people angle, including new ways of working, leadership coaching and team effectiveness, new capability build, upskilling strategy, change management, and performance/talent management redesign. Vinciane is also a core member of the firm’s Industrial Goods practice with experience in energy management in aerospace and defense and automotive. In addition to the POP global leadership team, Vinciane serves on the leadership teams for the Agile at Scale and People Strategy teams.

Her recent projects include helping leading multinational companies adapt their operating model (organization structure, governance, and processes) and shift to new ways of working such as agile or digital and data-driven. These projects notably involved rolling out leadership activation and culture change programs, setting up ambitious skills assessment and development programs, and aligning HR processes to foster the desired behaviors at scale.

She has also worked on several executive committee team effectiveness projects (for example, upon new CEO appointment or when implementing large transformations). She has worked on talent planning, frontline leaders, and sales force excellence projects with a focus on digital new ways of working, multi-channel customer journey, and team development. Vinciane holds Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), and MBTI (MBTI I + II) certifications.
