BOSTON—Boston Consulting Group (BCG) was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Experience Design Services 2025 Vendor Assessment (Doc #US52973225e, October 2025). Based on IDC analysis and customer feedback, the assessment evaluated 28 vendors, placing them into one of four categories: Leaders, Major Players, Contenders, or Participants. BCG was placed in the Leaders category.

The report noted that “BCG’s Digital Design Practice combines human-centered design, AI, and behavioral science to deliver a holistic and differentiated approach to clients’ most pressing digital challenges.” BCG’s direct offering includes demand-driven innovation, in-market proofs of concepts, and branding and identity services.
