Andrew Simon is a Managing Director and Partner in Boston Consulting Group’s Dallas office. He leads BCG’s Corporate Finance & Strategy practice in the US Southwest and oversees the office’s social impact initiatives. He is also a core member of BCG’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice.
Andrew helps clients grow through complex transactions, innovative business builds, and repositioning existing business models amid industry disruption. He has specific expertise across the media and interactive entertainment ecosystem, semiconductors, enterprise technology, retail, and the legal sector – including law firms, legal tech providers, and court systems. He also has significant experience in med-tech, private equity, and broader consumer sectors.
Before joining BCG, Andrew worked in Corporate Strategy and M&A at Accenture, Transaction Advisory Services at EY, as an attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and co-founded Nocturnal Beverage Company, a functional beverage startup that ultimately wound down, but gave him lasting insights into building early-stage consumer brands.
