Benjamin Sheridan leads Boston Consulting Group's asset management in Asia Pacific and the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice in Southeast Asia. In addition, he leads the PIPE practice for BCG X and the principal investor segment of the firm's business globally. He advises clients on a range of operating model, ESG, value creation and commercial due diligence topics.
Ben oversees BCG’s investments, including strategic minority investments, M&A, and monetization of firm IP through partnerships and sales. He led the diligence process for several of BCG’s acquisitions including an ESG advisory firm in Europe and AI and GenAI services and product businesses (for minority investment and M&A). He also led the assessment of asset monetization of several parts of BCG’s product and IP base, including a monetization framework.
Before joining the firm, Ben was an Account Executive at Cossette Communications.
