Holger Sachse

Holger Sachse is the lead for Boston Consulting Group's Düsseldorf office, and a member of the firm's leadership team in Central Europe. Holger is a core member of BCG's Financial Institutions practice, and leads retail banking in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America.

In his 23 years with BCG, Holger has advised banking clients around the globe (including leading European and US institutions) with a particular emphasis on Germany, Austria, and Central and Eastern Europe, on topics including retail banking, digital banking, digital transformation, development of new business models, go-to-market approaches, consumer finance, corporate banking, leasing, asset-based finance, strategic planning, value-based management, CEE strategy, portfolio strategy, internationalization and market entries, and creating global business models.
