Konark Singh is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice and leads the practice’s AI @ Scale activities, including smart grid and digital consumer topics.
Since joining BCG in 2007, Konark has worked extensively with clients in retail energy on issues such as risk management, portfolio assessment, and consumer behavior. In his work with utilities, he has led a number of smart-grid implementation efforts and deployed several end-to-end digital customer offerings.
Konark also has deep experience in M&A, post-merger synergy assessments, and private equity due diligence. In addition, he has developed and executed growth strategies, led several retail transformation efforts, and helped clients execute back-office operations transformations.
Prior to joining BCG, Konark worked as a field engineer and operations manager with Schlumberger Oilfield Services.
