Marta Guzzafame is the global leader for Boston Consulting Group's green buildings and construction work, and the leader of the Climate & Sustainability practice for BCG in Iberia and South America. In addition, Marta is a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods practice.

Since joining BCG in 2011, Marta has worked extensively with industrial companies. Some of her key client work has been in net-zero strategy and new sustainable businesses strategy for cement and building materials players; climate change strategy in steel making; circular economy strategy for a European capital city; strategy definition for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) companies; operational improvement and turnarounds in steelmaking, mining, rolling stock clients; digitization of operations for a wind turbine manufacturer.

Marta collaborates with the World Economic Forum on low-carbon concrete and construction topics.
