Matthew Martinez is a founding member of Boston Consulting Group’s San Diego office. At BCG, Matt is the North American lead for the space industry, and a leader in the Industrial Goods and Transform practices. He has worked with clients in industries including aerospace, defense, tech, and banking.

Matt’s recent client work includes the creation and launch of a Satcom service strategy for a Fortune 100 industrial goods company, including kicking off a $1 billion source selection process; the organizational design and stand up of a new US government agency, and space sector business strategy for a Fortune 100 company, and cost transformation and new product introduction at a leading commercial satellite manufacturer.

Before joining BCG, Matt led plant engineering at Corning Gilbert RF, and before that, he served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army.
