Nicholas Sukitsch is a senior leader dedicated to improving health care access and quality through his work as a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care, Public Sector, and Social Impact practices. He works with governments at the national and state level, and across the health ecosystem, including biopharma, payers and providers, foundations, and bi/multilateral funders.
Nic has more than a decade of experience leading projects on six continents. He is dedicated to helping clients address their most challenging problems by bringing together multidisciplinary teams that combine strategy consulting, AI and advanced analytics, human-centered design, and other specialized skills. Since joining the firm, he has successfully delivered large complex projects that require extensive stakeholder engagement, navigating complicated regulations and policies, and optimizing funding flows to drive impact.
Nic also partners with clients to publish materials on deploying innovations such as AI and drones in public health, strengthening national blood transfusion systems, and the intersection of climate and health. Beyond his project work, he leads Pride@BCG for North America, and serves on the firm's Partner Development and Promotion Committee. Before joining BCG, Nic worked as a Senior Business Analyst at the Carlyle Group. He started his career in technology consulting.
