Nicolas Goeldel joined Boston Consulting Group in September 2021. He is a leading member of the BCG Deep Tech Mission, a small, but growing team that leverages emerging technologies to find a balance between sustainability and profitability for clients. He is also a core member of the Climate & Sustainability practice at the firm.

Nicolas is dedicated to moving his clients toward a sustainable future by aligning technology developments and business opportunities in ways that strengthen the biosphere and create value. His training in biology and chemistry are a foundation for his work anticipating the impact of new science-based technologies on existing value chains, and developing technology-based, long-term business strategies for clients.

Before joining the firm, Nicolas was Deep Tech Lead at Hello Tomorrow. Before that, he guided the development of digital health tools as a Mercator Fellow for Médecins Sans Frontières in the Middle East.
