Most recently, she has been pivotal in setting up and leading BCG's Bangalore office.

She works extensively with technology and engineering services companies across large corporations and nascent tech startups. She co-leads digital shared services for the firm in Asia Pacific and advises clients on their global talent strategy, operations transformation, and automation strategies. She is passionate about sustainable business models and advises clients on their ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ambitions.
