Sreyssha George

Sreyssha George joined Boston Consulting Group in 2008 and has worked for the firm in Australia and India. She is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Financial Services practices, and works with clients located around the globe, leading engagements that cover large-scale change, talent and performance, sustainability, digital transformation, and sales force effectiveness. Most recently, she has been pivotal in setting up and leading BCG's Bangalore office. She is also one of BCG's leaders on the Global Capability Center (GCC) agenda, advising clients on GCC strategy, transformation, and capability building.

Sreyssha specializes in helping clients transform by strengthening their people, technology, and data capabilities. She works extensively with technology and engineering services companies across large corporations and nascent tech startups. She co-leads digital shared services for the firm in Asia Pacific and advises clients on their global talent strategy, operations transformation, and automation strategies.
