Ulrich Pidun joined Boston Consulting Group in 1997. He is a core member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice and an expert in corporate strategy. He is also the Insight Leader for the Strategy Lab at BCG Henderson Institute, BCG’s global think tank.

Ulrich is a former fellow of the BCG Henderson Institute, during which time he investigated business ecosystems by examining their design, governance, and strategies. In addition to his work at BCG, Ulrich is a professor for corporate strategy at the Technical University of Berlin, Germany, and has published a widely respected textbook on corporate strategy.
