Martina Rissmann holds numerous management positions at Boston Consulting Group. She is chief financial officer (CFO) for BCG in Central Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, and Switzerland) and chief operating officer (COO) for the business region EMESA (Europe, South America, Africa, and the Middle East). In Central Europe, her responsibilities include finance, controlling, and planning, as well as leading the business services team, HR, IT, and partner HR.

Prior to her current position, Martina worked in a consulting role at BCG for 20 years, advising companies in consumer goods and media in Germany, Europe, and the US. She joined the BCG office in Munich in 1992. From 1999 to 2003 she was head of the BCG office in Berlin. Since 2004 she has been a member of the management team of BCG in Germany. Her numerous leadership roles include ones in HR, finance, and operations. In 2011 she became part of the company's management team in Europe and has held the COO function since 2012.

Before joining BCG, Martina worked as a brand manager at Procter & Gamble for four years.
